1. Nature of Business

ColourPrint.in is a printing and production service provider.
All products displayed or offered are printed materials (digital prints, banners, vinyl, hoardings, canvas prints, etc.). We do not sell hand-painted artwork. Any visual displayed on the Website is a print representation.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

• An order is considered confirmed only after payment (full or agreed advance) is received.

• Once confirmed, your order moves into processing and production.

• Customers are advised to carefully verify size, material, quantity, and artwork before placing an order.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellation is accepted only within 1 hour of placing the order, as production processing starts immediately after that.

• To cancel an order, customers must call or message us directly using the contact details provided below.

• Cancellation requests after 1 hour will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

4. Artwork & Final Approval

• Customers must provide final print-ready files or approve designs shared by us.

• Once artwork is approved, it is treated as final for production.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Wrong dimensions

  • Low-resolution images provided by customer-end

  • Errors in customer-provided files

5. No Return / No Refund Policy

All printed products are custom-made as per customer specifications. Therefore:

• No returns

• No refunds

• No exchanges

Refunds or reprints will be considered only if:

• A major printing defect occurs from our side

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence

Our decision in such cases will be final.

6. Canvas Printing & Framing

• Canvas prints are delivered in rolled canvas packaging as standard.

• If the customer requires:

  • Wooden frame

  • Stretched canvas

  • Framed wall-ready finish

They must contact us directly for additional pricing and processing.
If no framing request is made, rolled canvas delivery is considered full order completion.

7. Colour & Print Variations

• Slight colour variations between screen display and printed output are natural due to RGB–CMYK conversion.

• Minor variations are not considered defects.

8. Delivery & Timelines

• Production and delivery timelines are estimated.

• Delays due to courier partners, weather, technical issues, or external factors are not under our liability.

9. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in INR (₹).

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Special quotations shared directly override website prices.

10. Intellectual Property

• Website content, logos, and branding belong to ColourPrint.in.

• Customers retain ownership of their submitted artwork but grant us permission to use it strictly for production purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

ColourPrint.in shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Business losses due to delays

• Errors in customer-provided content

Maximum liability will not exceed the order value paid.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
